2) If the product needs to be sent back to us, you will need to obtain a Sales Return number (SR#). You can call or e-mail our support staff to obtain the SR#. Items returned without an SR# WILL NOT be accepted.
3) Include a copy of the receipt, a brief description of the problem with the SR#, a return address, and phone number.
