We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. We will gladly exchange, credit, or refund any new item purchased directly from Intova. If you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service team by phone at 808-837-0074 or by email at email@example.com and reference “Intova Webstore Return”.
Representatives are available to assist you with your return Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm Hawaiian Standard Time (excluding holidays).
30 day money back guarantee:
Our goal is that you love the products that you purchase online from Intova. In the 30 days following receipt of your order you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for a refund. Items must be re-sellable. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty or are not re-sellable cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30 day money back guarantee. This guarantee only applies to orders purchased online at Intova.net for new products. Discontinued, used, or demo Items sold under “all sales final” do not apply to guarantee.
Shipping costs can only be refunded for defective products. If you are returning an item because it is defective, please see our Warranty Page.
After you have made contact with a customer service representative (808-837-0074 or firstname.lastname@example.org) and have received a Sales Return number, please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It’s important to note that these instructions must be followed in order for us to properly process your return.
- Item must be sent in its original packaging.
- Pack item carefully so that it will not be damaged in the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap.
- Write the Sales Return number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Include a copy of the proof of purchase/invoice (included with your shipment). We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without proof of purchase/invoice.
- It is recommended to use a secure shipping method to send the item so that you have tracking for the package. Intova is not responsible for items lost in transit and a return can not be processed until the item is received.

Upon receipt of the returned items, Intova will inspect and confirm that the items have been returned in an appropriate, re-saleable condition. After satisfactory inspection a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If any discrepencies are identified, you will be contacted by Intova’s customer service team for resolution
Exchanges will be processed as a return and a new purchase. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact a customer service representative at 808-837-0074. The 30-day limit and restrictions for returns extends to exchanges.

Currently Intova ships everywhere in United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Shipping is fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery Time Estimates
We will have your order processed within one business day of your order being made. Shipping time generally takes between 3-5 business days.

How to return an Intova Product that was purchased from a Retail Store
Each individual retailer will maintain their own return policy. Please contact the retailer that you purchased the item from to find out more information about their return policy and process. Intova’s 30 day guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from Intova at Intova.net.

Please call us at 808-837-0074 between 7:30am and 3:00pm Hawaiian Standard time the following business day. If the order has been shipped, your cancellation will be processed as a return. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your money, no questions asked.
