Industrial Revolution [IR] produces quality products under the Intova® and Snap Sights™ brands. These products offer unprecedented value to the consumer and IR is striving to create a high level of consumer respect for all brand images. Towards that end, IR has adopted the following Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

The MAP program applies to all new Intova products with a designated MAP price on the MAP or Dealer price list. Promotional items, closeouts and refurbished items are not subject to MAP pricing provided advertising clearly identifies the status of such items.

Intova retailers must maintain pricing at or above published MAP pricing with no strike throughs’ or other obliterations. The inclusion in advertising of free or discounted products with a product covered by this MAP Policy is a violation of Policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below MAP.

Advertising includes promotion in any media including, but not limited to: internet, radio, television, all other forms of electronic media, mail, newspaper, magazine, all other printed material, and billboards.

Pricing listed on an internet site is considered an “advertised price” and must follow this MAP Policy. Statements such as “add to basket to see price”, “we will match any price”, “call for price” or phrases of similar import are acceptable as long as the price advertised or listed for the products is not below MAP. Discounts applied at checkout to an entire order based on a customer’s purchasing history with the Reseller, such as discounts for “frequent shoppers”, do not violate this MAP Policy. IR may offer special promotions and reserves the right to modify or amend MAP pricing for specified periods.

IR reserves the right to permanently terminate sales to any retailer or retail channel that violates MAP policy. Violation of MAP policy will cause cancellation of any trailing credits tied to MAP program adherence.

IR’s MAP policy does not apply to pricing offered in face to face or other direct communication between consumer and retailer.

This MAP policy is part of IR’s Terms of Business. IR will strictly follow this policy and refuse to supply any retail entity that chooses not to comply.
