Entrants agree to allow Intova to display any entered photo on their web site.
CONTEST GUIDELINES
1) WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY
The contest is open to all amateur photographers who are at least 18 years old.
2) HOW TO ENTER
a) Fill out contest entry form at www.Intova.net
b) Email photos as attachment to entry form.
c) Limit 1 photo per category.
d) Each photo submitted must have its own entry form.
e) Photos must be submitted as jpeg, jpg or gif file.
f) Maximum file size 1 megabyte.
g) If there are recognizable people in the photo submitted, a signed model release must be submitted for each person. If the person is a minor, the release must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
h) The entrant must be the person who took the picture and holds all rights to it.
i) Photos must have been shot within 6 months of entry date.
j) Entrants agree to allow Intova display any entered photo on their web site

4) JUDGING
a) Judging will be conducted by a panel selected by Intova.
b) Winning photos will be exhibited on our web site 30 days after close of contest periods.
c) Winning entrants will be contacted directly by Intova, DO NOT CONTACT US TO CHECK STATUS.
5) CONTEST PERIODS
a) The contest is semi-annual and runs for 6 month periods, January 1-June 30 and July 1-December 31.
b) Photos must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the last day of period for inclusion in that period's contest.
c) Winners will be selected and posted to site within 45 days of close of period.
6) PRIZES
a) The winner in each category will receive a 512 MB waterproof MP3 player, H20 Man. Prizes will be sent within 45 days of period end.
b) Grand prize overall winner will receive a 6 MP waterproof Intova Digital Camera, featuring 3x optical zoom, 2.4 inch LCD viewfinder and full function, 175 foot housing.
